## Everlywell Everywhere

Everlywell Everywhere lets adults (18+) order any of 470+ lab tests online
without a doctor's visit. How it works:

1. Choose a test (or search in your own words) at
   https://www.everlywell.com/everywhere/
2. Pay once at checkout: the test plus a $15 licensed-clinician review.
   Not approved? Refunded in full.
3. When appropriate, the clinician signs a lab order that works at any of
   2,000+ lab locations. Nothing is due at the lab; most locations take
   walk-ins.
4. Most results are ready within 1 to 2 days of the lab visit, delivered in
   plain language.

Popular tests include TSH, testosterone, STI panels, hemoglobin A1c,
vitamin D, lipid panels, ferritin, and ApoB.

  laboratories, and every order is reviewed by a board-certified clinician
  licensed in the requester's state.
- Payment is collected once at checkout (test plus $15 clinician review);
  nothing is billed to insurance and nothing is due at the lab.
- Everywhere is not currently available in New York, New Jersey, or
  Rhode Island.
